Bloom’s mission is made stronger through partnership. We
know we cannot do this work alone, and by coming together with organizations
that share our commitment to healing, hope, and opportunity, we can better
support survivors as they build lives of independence and lasting stability.
strategic partnerships
Bloom has a strategic partnership with the St. Francis Retreat Center uniting to advance the shared commitment to hospitality, healing, and community.
With Bloom’s administrative offices located at the Retreat Center campus, this collaboration creates a welcoming destination for guests while expanding opportunities and strengthening the long-term sustainability of both organizations. Learn more.
The PA 211 Fellowship empowers survivors through meaningful employment, training them to respond to real-time community needs through the 211 system. Bloom participants provide compassionate, trauma-informed support while developing skills that lead to sustainable careers. The result is stronger communities, faster service, and a scalable workforce model.
national partnerships & networks
Bloom follows the model of this remarkably successful
program based in Nashville, Tenn. and is part of the Thistle Farms national
network of sister communities, joining more than 60 residential programs across
the U.S.
Bloom is also a member of Atlas Free, which is a non-profit
with a mission to accelerate and resource the fight against sex trafficking and
exploitation. Atlas Free is building a global movement to unite providers.
Bloom earned three Gold-level certifications from the
national Safe House Certification, provided by Safe House Project, for our
