The PA 211 Fellowship empowers survivors through meaningful employment, training them to respond to real-time community needs through the 211 system. Bloom follows the model of this remarkably successful program based in Nashville, Tenn. and is part of the Thistle Farms national network of sister communities, joining more than 60 residential programs across the U.S.

Bloom is also a member of Atlas Free, which is a non-profit with a mission to accelerate and resource the fight against sex trafficking and exploitation. Atlas Free is building a global movement to unite providers.

Bloom earned three Gold-level certifications from the national Safe House Certification, provided by Safe House Project, for our Mountain Laurel House, Jasmine House, and Heather House; and received the Specialized Care Badge and the Economic Empowerment Badge.

The National Human Trafficking Hotline (NHTH), supported by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), is a free, national hotline that provides support to victims and survivors of human trafficking. The NHTH is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
